I was very happy with the service. The lady at the store called me the day before delivery to alert me that my transaction had not gone throught. I'm glad she did, because it turned out I had given the wrong credit card information. If she had not, the flowers would not have been delivered on time. The delivery was on time, and the recipient was very happy with the presentation and the product. Good job!

I received a phone call in the afternoon - the same day I placed the order, and my Aunt was thrilled with the arrangement. Partly because it was completely unexpected, but mostly because it was absolutely beautiful! Just in case you are ever seeking a local florist for the hotel or special events who does superb work... I recently became aware of a Cambridge florist (on Eagle Street not far from the hotel) who did an amazing job and the flowers lasted for a surprising long time which she attributes this to using only fresh, quality supplies.
